Informing Designs was established in 1999 as a FileMaker consulting practice based in Austin, Texas. It's goal has always been to provide the highest quality database systems and services.

 

George Perry, Principal Consultant, FileMaker Certified Trainer, FileMaker Certified Developer. George has over 15 years experience with FileMaker. He has an extensive career background as a manager in government and as a director of education and non-profit organizations. For a number of years he was the owner of ProData, LLC, an Apple, IBM and HP dealership. His recent FileMaker projects include several departments at the University of Texas at Austin, Austin ISD, Texas Department of Agriculture, UT McDonald Observatory, City of Austin and WestCave Preserve. George is currently certified in FileMaker versions 8.0, 9.0 and 10. He also has attended and completed certification in the FileMaker Training Series for FileMaker versions 9.0 and 10. George is a graduate of the University of Texas with post graduate work in science and math education.

Lisette Wilson, Principal Consultant, FileMaker Certified Developer. Lisette has over 10 years experience with FileMaker. Her work experience includes technical services at Apple Computer, the Internal Revenue Service and a natural foods broker. She has extensive project experience in distribution services, construction, architecture and non-profit industries. Her recent FileMaker projects include Paramount Theatre, Presence Marketing and the Texas School for the deaf. Lisette also does development in PHP/HTML connectivity between websites and FileMaker. Lisette is FileMaker certified in versions 9 and 10. Lisette is a graduate of the University of Texas.
